What Noxtura measures, what it does not collect, and your rights. Last updated: 16 October 2026.

Who is responsible

Go To Agency, SAS, 9 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, 21000 Dijon, France, publisher of Noxtura, is responsible for the processing described here. Contact: [email protected]. Full details are in the legal notice.

What we do not collect

Noxtura has no account, no form, no newsletter and no advertising, and sets no cookie.

Audience measurement

We count visits with Datalenk, an analytics service run by Go To Agency and hosted in the European Union, used in its default cookieless mode: it writes nothing on your device (no cookie, no local storage) and does not follow you across sites.

For each page you view it records the page address, the page you came from, campaign tags in the address, your browser language, window size and device type, an approximate location derived from your IP address (the address itself is not stored), how far you scroll, where you click (position on the page and the first words of the element clicked), links you follow to other sites, loading times and script errors.

If your browser sends the Do Not Track signal, nothing is recorded. We rely on our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are read and keeping the site working. Aggregated statistics are kept for historical reports; detailed records are kept for a shorter period.

Hosting and delivery

The servers that deliver the pages (our host, Hetzner, in Germany, and the Cloudflare network in front of it) process your IP address to send you the pages and protect the site.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or erase data about you, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
